Eloy Hilario Ramírez Hernández teniente con licencia y precandidato independiente a la presidencia municipal de Oaxaca de Juárez denunció este miércoles, una serie de limitantes y desventajas que enfrentan actualmente las y los ciudadanos que aspiran a un cargo de elección popular en el proceso electoral 2021.
De los 15 aspirantes a candidaturas independientes solo 4 lograron obtener el registro ante el Instituto Estatal y de Participación Ciudadana de Oaxaca (IEEPCO).
Sin embargo, tendrán que obtener 4 mil 500 firmas ciudadanas antes del 31 de enero, para poder alcanzar la candidatura en el Municipio de Oaxaca de Juárez.
“Estamos en desventaja de tiempos y dinero, pedimos al INE mayor difusión entre la población sobre qué son las candidaturas independientes, cuando llegamos a pedir las credenciales para las firmas, muchos desconfían por desconocimiento” señaló Martínez Hernández.
Asimismo el representante de la Asociación Civil “Trabajando por Orden y Justicia de Oaxaca” dijo que procederá legalmente ante el IEEPCO para solicitar una prórroga para la entrega de firmas ante este Instituto.
Además de las dificultades con el funcionamiento de la aplicación, candidatos independientes enfrentan las limitantes que trajo consigo la Pandemia de Covid19 al no poder realizar reuniones masivas por lo que la vía por la que consiguen las firmas es visitar casa por casa.
A escasos 10 días de concluir el plazo, Ramírez Hernández dijo que ha cubierto un 40% del total de las firmas, sin embargo convocará al resto de los candidatos para solicitar que se aplace la fecha limite.
