En Sesión Ordinaria del Pleno Legislativo celebrada el pasado 10 de Febrero, presenté una reserva a la Ley de Ingresos del Municipio de Oaxaca de Juárez para el ejercicio fiscal 2021, lo anterior ya que se pretendía adicionar un nuevo impuesto denominado “cajón en vía pública” así lo dió a conocer la diputada Hilda Graciela Pérez Luis del distrito 13 Oaxaca Sur.
Señaló que restringir el uso del espacio público así como incluir nuevos impuestos afecta gravemente la economía de la ciudadana, además no sé puede imponer la voluntad de unos cuantos pasando por encima de la ley y las necesidades de la población.
Y es que durante la sesión ordinaria celebrada el pasado miércoles el pleno del Congreso del Estado rechazó la instalación de parquímetros en Oaxaca de Juárez durante el ejercicio fiscal 2021, al suprimir de la Ley de Ingresos municipal el cobro por concepto de cajón en vía pública.
Hilda Luis explicó que la Comisión Permanente de Hacienda presentó al Pleno para su aprobación un paquete de leyes de ingresos municipales en el que se incluía la del Municipio de Oaxaca de Juárez, ahí la congresista presentó una reserva en la discusión en lo particular, en el que propuso suprimir este concepto de los aprovechamientos por concepto de estacionamiento de vehículos en lugares previamente establecidos para ello.
Finamente la representante popular dijo que seguirá vigilante de que no se siga vulnerando la ya lastimada economía de las y los oaxaqueños.
