El día de hoy jueves 18 de marzo de 2021 el Congreso del Estado de Oaxaca designa como nuevo Fiscal General del Estado a Arturo de Jesús Peimbert Calvo con un total de 33 votos a favor.

Quien en Sesión del Congreso toma protesta de Ley, los tres integrantes de la terna propuesta por el gobernador de Oaxaca, Alejandro Murat Hinojosa, comparecieron ante la Comisión, exponiendo los motivos por los que acreditarían convertirse en el fiscal general de Oaxaca.

Arturo de Jesús Peimbert Calvo, ex defensor de Derechos Humanos de Oaxaca; Marcos Antonio Ramírez Guzmán y Elvira Morales Pérez, ex consejera electoral, tuvieron 15 minutos para exponer sus motivos.
