Un ataque armado registrado esta mañana ultimó con la vida de dos personas, una de ellas fue identificada como Ivonne Gallegos, ex diputada local y candidata a la presidencia municipal de Ocotlán de Morelos.

Los hechos se suscitaron esta mañana, sobre la carretera que conduce hacia Ocotlán, a la altura de Santo Tomás Jalietza.

Reportes preliminares señalan que la ex diputada, en compañía de un masculino, viajaban en la vialidad mencionada cuando sujetos desconocidos los emboscaron, abrieron fuego en reiteradas ocasiones y se retiraron del lugar sin inconvenientes.

Al lugar arribaron elementos de la policía municipal para acordonar el área, asimismo, peritos de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones (AEI) acudieron para realizar las diligencias de ley correspondientes.
