Javier Chavez contenderá en este proceso electoral para la Presidencia Municipal de Oaxaca de Juárez representando al Partido Movimiento Ciudadano.

Javier Baches, es el ciudadano que meses atrás tomó la decisión de tapar los baches que afectaban severamente a los vehículos de motor y que entorpecían el tráfico vial, en el parque del amor, en donde autoridades municipales lo multaron como represión por preocuparse por la ciudadanía.

Hoy “Javier Chavez de los baches” es candidato a la Presidencia Municipal de la Ciudad de Oaxaca de Juárez, por el Partido Movimiento Ciudadano (MC), quien se enfrentará  en la contienda electoral con Javier Villacaña Jiménez y Francisco Martínez Neri.
