La diputada electa Xóchitl Jazmín Velásquez entregó ante el órgano electoral local los escritos de tercera interesada, con la finalidad de intervenir como parte en los medios de impugnación que presentaron los partidos.

La diputada electa señaló que dieron contestación a 6 impugnaciones que confirman el acto legal realizado por el instituto en las asignaciones de representación proporcional, asimismo expresó que confía en que el Tribunal Electoral Local, confirmará la determinación ya que, “contamos con un órgano jurisdiccional capaz, eficiente pero sobre todo, garante y defensor de los derechos de las mujeres y los pueblos indígenas”.

La próxima diputada plurinominal por el distrito 15 informó que desafortunadamente, que hay algunas impugnaciones que tienen como finalidad que espacios de dos fórmulas de mujeres sean modificadas por espacios de dos formulas de hombres, Xóchitl Jazmín refirió que “eso representa una regresión en la lucha de las mujeres por materializar la paridad sustantiva en los espacios en el congreso oaxaqueño”.

En todo momento, la diputada electa Xóchitl Jazmín reitero gratitud a los integrantes del Partido Unidad Popular en todo el estado, como también a las más de ocho mil personas que votaron por su proyecto en el distrito 15 con cabecera en Xoxocotlán.

Sin duda, es un hecho histórico que el partido Unidad Popular y el estado de Oaxaca tendrá la primera mujer diputada indígena de un partido local.
