Tras la detención de Edwin alias “El nene” y Freddy alias “El chaparro” en días pasados cuando con total impunidad se paseaban por la ciudad totalmente armados estos dirigentes de la CTM en Oaxaca estos personajes eran una fichita que se dedicaban totalmente a la venta de drogas, venta de partes robadas, a él cobró de piso, extorsión, secuestro y homicidios en Oaxaca.

Hasta este momento su base de operaciones se encuentra en Santiaguito Etla, y este lugar es sede de múltiples delitos, entre ellos está la extorsión y abuso a taxistas del valle de Eteco para que distribuyeran drogas, ya que si no distribuían ellos no tenían permitido cargar pasaje en la central de abastos si no portaban su calcomanía les cobran “piso”, en caso de que estos no aceptaran las condiciones para poder cargar pasaje eran golpeados y sus unidades destrozadas, inclusive a algunos los desaparecieron para que no hablaran.

Estos personajes obligaban a los transportistas a agremiarse a ellos tiroteando sus casas, levantando a sus familiares como medida de presión pero no solo a los transportistas sino también a las empresas constructoras que realizaban sus trabajos por su zona, ya que levantaban a los ingenieros para así poder tener contratos para acaparar las obras y todo esto bajo las órdenes de Carlos Mejía y Carlos Aceves del Olmo líderes tanto estatal y nacional de la CTM.

Cabe destacar que estos sujetos también se dedican al robo de maquinaria vehículos y tráileres de transporte de mercancía en el estado, Freddy alias “El chaparro” dirigía toda esta operación junto con sus socios los “Medina” desde Ocotlán de Morelos y Telixlahuaca además de trabajar con sus padrinos o jefes de plaza alias “El cabrito” y “El lagarto” que en años anteriores aterrorizaron a la ciudad y atravesar de ellos volver a tomar el control, este grupo delictivo fue acaparado por Carlos Mejía para poder posicionarse en el estado ya que no contaban con presencia para poder laborar y presumiendo total respaldo de su líder máximo y alardeando que por ser miembro del comité del PRI y allegado al gobernador su líder y patrón no les podían hacer nada, se paseaban por la ciudad totalmente armados en lujosas camionetas en caravanas con gente armada con fusiles de alto poder exclusivos del ejército al mismísimo estilo de los carteles haciendo de las suyas sobre todo en la central de abastos donde todas las noches llegaban a sus mentados “tiraderos” donde se reunían con sus secuaces “El panda” y “El Fish” ellos al mando del mentado “Cuartas” que ha tenido cuentas con la ley por secuestros. Donde a su vez le entregaban cuentas de las ventas del día de drogas y extorsiones a taxistas comerciantes y venta de las drogas.

Tras la detención de “El nene” y Freddy “El chaparro” su hermano de Edwin de nombre Abimael Álvarez Aguilar comenzó a pedir a cada uno de los socios la cantidad de mil pesos obligatorios para poder darle su mochada al delegado de la FGR en conjunto para el juez asignado son las indicaciones que dio su máximo líder Mejía, con sus respectivas consecuencias si estos se niegan quedan a manos de Abimael en donde ya se han reportado múltiples robos a mano armada, secuestros y golpizas por parte de este sujeto.

Así mismo están enviando audios a los agremiados para que le echen la mano al patrón y la libre que con el dinero, diciendo que ya está todo pactado.Esperamos que hoy que la justicia los tiene en sus manos aplique todo el peso de la ley y haga valer los derechos de tantos ciudadanos que han sido víctimas de estos delincuentes disfrazados y cobijados por la CTM en Oaxaca.

No más abusos e impunidad para estos delincuentes que tanto lastiman a nuestro bello estado.
