Se observa un cambio no muy convincente de instituciones autónomas; no encuentran interlocución importantes sectores como el empresarial, universidades, intelectuales, medios criticos, organizaciones sociales y sindicatos; la economía decrece y la inflación aumenta aceleradamente; se impulsan proyectos de inversión que no están haciendo crecer a nuestra economia y se entrega apoyos asistencialistas a sectores sociales reducidos, en detrimento de inversión en infraestructura social y sectores como la salud y la educación.

En Oaxaca, esto se traduce en que 8 de cada 10 habitantes trabajan en la informalidad; el salario promedio mensual en un trabajo informal es de 2,580 pesos; más de 450 mil ciudadanos ganan entre 52 y 475 semanales; 63.6% de personas en pobreza laboral, no pueden adquirir la canasta básica y 1.8 millones de ellos, lo hacen en la informalidad.

Además, se recorta el presupuesto federal para infraestructura, salud y educación. Por su parte, comerciantes establecidos y ambulantes, por falta de ordenamiento gubernamental se encuentran confrontados; medianos y pequeños empresarios, están abandonados a su suerte y en desventaja ante proyectos presidenciales para quienes se cambia la legislación en materia ambiental; constructoras locales han sido relegadas por consorcios nacionales; se niega a las organizaciones el derecho de representación y gestión; y personal de salud ha sido despedido injustamente.

Mientras esto sucede, quienes se disputan el poder constriñen su rivalidad a las acusaciones mutuas de corrupción, sin combatir en serio los problemas sociales y olvidándose que la vida y la participación de amplios sectores productivos y organizativos, ha sido parte indispensable del desarrollo y armonia social y, sobre todo, que la mayoría de estos políticos se sirvieron de estas plataformas en su trayectoria.

Por ello, algunos sectores relegados, hemos decidido combatir la segregación que brota en ocasiones de nuestros legítimos intereses, que parecen oponerse o competir en alguna medida.

Porque la politica de contención de los gobernantes se podrá solo enfrentar con éxito, si buscamos puntos de coincidencia y la forma de que todos resolvamos nuestras necesidades, coexistiendo sobre la base de la equidad.

Las organizaciones aquí presentes, hacemos un llamado a todas las expresiones organizativas de la sociedad civil, a que hagamos un ejercicio de análisis sobre el papel de los instrumentos constitucionales en materia organizativa, que nos ha dado nuestra historia, para exigir que se respete el legitimo derecho a la participación en la toma de decisiones y en la proposición de proyectos y políticas públicas que en realidad beneficien a las mayorías que nosotros representamos, porque no podemos seguir como meros espectadores, a la luz de los fracasos arriba enlistados.

Buscamos encontrar coincidencias, sin que tenga que ver ni la filiación política, los principios ideológicos y sin que sea de tinte electoral, sino por la búsqueda del respeto a la organización, representación y gestión en nuestro estado. Para cual, se propone un organismo colegiado formado por lideres, dirigentes o representantes legítimos, visibles y con igualdad de participación en la discusión y elaboración del naciente proyecto.
