Joaquín Hernández Benítez, delegado Sindical de SAPAO y hermano del agente municipal de Trinidad de Viguera Francisco Hernández Benítez, argumentando que es muy influyente al decir que es amigo del Fiscal General de Justicia Arturo Peimbert Calvo.


Los afectados dijeron que el “influyente”, de pueblo Joaquín Hernández Benítez, aprovechando que su hermano es el agente municipal de Trinidad de Viguera Francisco Hernández, continuamente comete actos agresivos en contra de los habitantes de ese lugar.


Los denunciates señalaron que, a ellos Joaquín Benítez, los baleo y por ello presentaron la denuncia penal.
Acusaron que en la Fiscalía General de Justicia, no hay ningún avance en la investigación pese a que los hechos ocurrieron el día 12 de diciembre.


Debido a esta situación, presentarán una queja en la Comisión Estatal de los Derechos Humanos.
