El presidente municipal de Mazatlán Villa de Flores Rogelio Rosas Blanco rindió su segundo informe de gobierno municipal, en donde dio a conocer los detalles de sus diferentes obras ejecutadas.
El edil detallo cada una de las obras que fueron ejecutadas en cada una de las localidades que los habitantes de cada localidad solicitaron para este ejercicio fiscal.
Expresó que se implementaron diferentes mecanismos para apoyar a las demandas más prioritarias de este municipio.
Acompañado de la mayoría de su cabildo, el edil Rogelio Rosas expuso que fueron ejecutadas más de 40 acciones de gobierno en este año que beneficio directamente a las localidades de esta demarcación
En Sesión Solemne Pública, el Presidente Municipal, Rogelio Rosas Blanco, a nombre del Ayuntamiento Constitucional 2020-2022, presentó ante Autoridades Federales, Estatales y Comunitarias, Invitados Especiales, así como ciudadanía en general, su Segundo Informe de Labores al frente del Gobierno Indígena Municipal de este lugar.
El Presidente Rosas Blanco, destacó la gran cantidad de Obras, Programas y Acciones de beneficio social que se han podido concretar durante este 2021 que está por finalizar, gracias, dijo “al trabajo coordinado con los gobiernos Federal y Estatal, pero, sobre todo, gracias al trabajo de los ciudadanos del municipio que se han solidarizado para aportar su apoyo a fin de que tantas obras se hayan podido realizar”.
El compromiso, dijo Rogelio Rosas, es “seguir haciendo un gobierno honesto, transparente y abierto, en congruencia con los valores que rigen la vida comunitaria municipal y lo que nuestra Asamblea Comunitaria Mazateca rige”.
Recordó que las circunstancias han sido difíciles, decido a la crisis sanitaria que ha limitado los recursos para avanzar de manera más rápida en la consolidación del desarrollo comunitario, sin embargo, expresó: “hoy estamos aquí, de cara al Pueblo, porque hemos cumplido a cabalidad con el compromiso de hacer un gobierno entregado al trabajo y al manejo honrado y escrupuloso de los recursos públicos”.
El Presidente Rogelio Rosas destacó: “los únicos gobiernos honestos que ha tenido Mazatlán Villa de Flores, han sido los emanados de nuestra querida Asamblea Comunitaria Mazateca, como el que hoy encabezamos”, y se refirió al despilfarro de recursos que ha ocurrido en otras administraciones, lo que ahondó la pobreza y la marginación del municipio.
También mencionó que desde su gobierno se ha procurado una buena relación, de trabajo y de coordinación con el Gobernador del Estado y con el Presidente de la República, firmando importantes convenios de colaboración para beneficio del Pueblo de Mazatlán.
“Nos identificamos como un Pueblo Progresista, creyente de las causas sociales más justas, de la equidad y de la igualdad”, dijo con convicción Rogelio Rosas, e hizo referencia a que el 2022 será un año de importantes retos que habrán de marcar el rumbo y el futuro de Oaxaca y del municipio.
“Seguiremos luchando por ser un municipio referente a nivel regional, al que se le trate y atienda de igual a igual, y estaremos en la batalla permanente de más y mejores recursos para alcanzar el tan anhelado desarrollo integral comunitario”, aseguró el Presidente Municipal.
Y cerró su mensaje deseando a todas las familias un feliz año nuevo, y puntualizó: “Me siento muy contento con lo hasta hoy realizado. No puedo decirme satisfecho, porque estamos en una labor de progreso permanente, pero quiero que sepan que trabajamos sin descanso, sin distracciones y destinando cada peso del erario a los fines sociales más importantes”.
Mientras tanto en representación del gobernador del estado, Arquimedes García expresó que fue un informe honesto porque se informó de todas las obras, que se llevaron acabo en este año y es motivo de aplauso para estas autoridades que trabajaron en beneficio de su pueblo.
Aseguró que es otro Mazatlán lo que se vive ahora por el pavimento actual y el gobierno que impulsa Rogelio Rosas ha dado otro rostro a este municipio mazateco.
El gran número de obras también impulsa la economía local, porque viene a transformar al Municipio para su bienestar y desarrollo destacó el funcionario.
