El día de hoy  fue librada orden de aprehensión en contra de trabajador del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) en Oaxaca, de nombre Luis Ogilve (N), acusado de los delitos de acoso sexual y violación en contra de una menor de edad el pasado mes de mayo del 2021.

Con base en las indagatorias el presunto agresor habría abusado de su cargo para acosar y violar a una trabajadora menor de edad que realizaba trabajos de limpieza y aseo en el nosocomio Demetrio Mayoral Pardo del IMSS.

Después de abusar de la trabajadora habría amenazado de correrla de su puesto de trabajo, con el argumento de ser amigo íntimo del Director del Hospital y  el encargado de todas  las contrataciones de mantenimiento. Sin embargo, la menor al notar la agresión recurrió a su familia  para interponer denuncia ante la Fiscalía Estatal en contra del presunto agresor.

A esta acusación se suman otras tres de trabajadoras de dicha empresa que habrían acudido hace unos días a ratificar su denuncia penal ante los señalamientos de violación y extorsión, delitos graves por los cuales podría pasar hasta 10 años de carcel el funcionario en mención.

La averiguación previa número: FEJ/OAX/245/ 2021, investiga también otros presuntos delitos contra el Jefe de Conservación de dicho Nosocomio y dos cómplices de base,  quienes habrían actuado en contubernio para cometer el delito de extorsionar a empresas y a sus trabajadores a cambio de favores sexuales.

Por su parte Directivos del Hospital desconocen lo sucedido y se limitan a decir que desde hace meses el funcionario dejo de acudir a laborar y presuntamente se habría dado a la fuga al estado vecino de Veracruz, de dónde es originario.
