HISTÓRICA ASAMBLEA DE CIUDADANOS EN SAN BALTAZAR CHICHICÁPAM

En un hecho histórico, el pasado domingo las autoridades municipales encabezadas por el presidente municipal Mateo Carranza González, con la asistencia de 742 ciudadanos se llevó a cabo la asamblea general nunca antes vista. En un marco pletórico, en paz y armonía, desde temprana hora los ciudadanos se concentraron en la explanada municipal de este municipio.

Con la finalidad de fortalecer los lazos de hermandad y trabajar de la mano gobierno municipal y ciudadanía, el presidente municipal Carranza González convocó a la población para dar a conocer las necesidades y proyectos por el desarrollo y bienestar ciudadano.

El edil municipal dio a conocer que la toma de decisiones y la gestión pública de las autoridades corresponde al pueblo su aprobación. En ese contexto el pueblo es el encargado de aprobar los proyectos y que el presupuesto de la Federación sea destinado para el desarrollo de la comunidad de manera clara y transparente.

“Estas asambleas son espacios ciudadanos de debate, decisión y deliberación de las agendas de desarrollo local”, enfatizó el edil.

La Asamblea acuerda:

•Respetar los derechos y exigir su cumplimiento.

•Proponer agendas de desarrollo, planes, programas y políticas públicas locales.

•Promover la organización social y la formación ciudadana.

•Organizar de manera independiente el ejercicio de rendición de cuentas de las autoridades.

•Propiciar el debate, la deliberación y la concertación.

•Ejecutar el control social.

El primer concejal llamó a la ciudadanía a unir esfuerzos, dijo, todos somos iguales trabajaremos para todo el pueblo sin distinción de partido, de religión o credo, sin distinción de condición social o económica, vamos hacer una autoridad que represente a todos por igual.

Tenemos que hacer equipo autoridad y pueblo y cada uno tiene que asumir con responsabilidad lo que le toca hacer, trabajaremos con honestidad y transparencia, pero sobre todo con rendición de cuentas, el recurso que llega a la comunidad si alcanza, siempre y cuando sea destinado para las necesidades que nos aquejan.

Seremos un gobierno amable con la gente, escucharemos todas las voces, pero también aplicaremos mano dura con los ciudadanos que cometan algun delito o alguna falta administrativa, finalizó el edil.
