Al violentarse los derechos humanos de Juan V. C. y de su familia, urge que el Poder Judicial del Estado de Oaxaca reclasifique el delito que se le imputa, que atienda en estricto apego el cambio radical que debe llevar el caso de la saxofonista ME y con ello llegar a la verdad.
